The Opportunity: Solutions Consultant
Hybrid x2/3 days per week in Denver
Are you a dynamic professional ready to take on a challenging role that bridges technical expertise with customer engagement? We’re seeking a Solutions Consultant who will play a crucial role in delivering tailored solutions and ensuring customer success by:
- Designing Custom Solutions: Leverage your expertise to scope and design optimal solutions for clients based on our unique ARIC platform.
- Acting as a Liaison: Serve as the key point of contact between technical and commercial teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients.
- Driving Success: Manage the entire sales process, from creating compelling proposals and presentations to leading workshops and scoping sessions, ensuring that opportunities progress smoothly through the pipeline.
- Customer Advocacy: Be the customer’s internal champion, working closely with our internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Market Engagement: Represent our company at conferences, presenting and demonstrating our products to generate leads and gather market insights.
- Building Trusted Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor in fraud and risk solutions, fostering strong relationships with clients.
Your Day-to-Day
- Lead Sales Activities: Take ownership of all tasks in the sales cycle, ensuring the preparation, execution, and follow-up of customer workshops.
- Expert Meeting Management: Guide and advise on meeting strategies, using your experience to proactively advance deals.
- RFP Coordination: Ensure all RFP tasks are completed, responses are aligned with the bid, and escalate any issues as needed.
- Problem Solving: Understand and address complex customer challenges, offering alternative approaches when necessary.
- Customer Confidence: Ensure customers leave meetings confident in our ability to meet their needs.
- Effective Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders, driving positive outcomes.
- Team Collaboration and Training: Share your knowledge and insights, supporting team processes, training new starters, and mentoring junior team members.
About You
Must-Haves:
- Industry Experience: Background in payments or banking, with demonstrable experience in Professional Services or Technical Account Management roles, especially within Financial Institutions or enterprise software environments.
- Meeting Leadership: Experience leading meetings, workshops, and gathering requirements, with a proven ability to scope projects, write reports, and brief technical teams.
- Strong Academic Background: Degree in Technology or a Scientific field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Interest in Fraud Detection: A genuine interest in fraud prevention and detection strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with at least four of the following technologies: MongoDB/NoSQL databases, Elastic Stack, REST APIs, programming languages like Python or Java, distributed systems (e.g., Apache Zookeeper, Apache Kafka), and cloud computing (AWS, GCP).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to engage effectively with various internal teams, including sales, technical experts, and SMEs.
- Prioritization Skills: Capable of managing high and changing workloads, ensuring deadlines are met both internally and externally.
