Join the Global Product Management Team, where you'll drive the product creation and development strategy for the GLOBAL NBHD ENERGY Apparel product line. Our team is dedicated to understanding the needs of the Consumer, translating insights into actionable product briefs, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead the product development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consumer-Centric Approach: Ensure all product decisions begin and end with the consumer, understanding their needs, and translating these insights into product strategies.
- Product Line Strategy: Develop and execute product line strategies for the Sport Style Innovation collection, aligning with market trends and identifying new opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with external collaborators and internal teams, including design, development, merchandising, and brand, to deliver premium products.
- End-to-End Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring key deliverables are met each season across various calendars and timelines.
- Leadership & Communication: Lead projects, keep stakeholders informed, and present product concepts effectively to both internal and external partners.
What You Will Work On:
- Collaborate with design, development, brand, and merchandising teams to create compelling seasonal apparel collections.
- Develop line plans and implement product strategies with the GLOBAL NBHD ENERGY Team.
- Manage the product creation process, including product briefs, design reviews, partner approvals, and sample management.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a product-related role
- Strong intuition for product creation and business
- Passion for lifestyle fashion, sport, and style
- Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills
- Understanding of apparel product construction and sourcing processes
- Leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, Miro, and Smartsheets
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~15% travel)
