Software Partner Italia ricerca 1 Project Manager da inserire in un team di progetto presso i clienti della Società.

L’inizio dell’attività sarà Immediato e la durata del contratto sarà di 12 mesi.

Il tipo di contratto potrà essere a Partita iva/Contratto a tempo determinato e richiede un impegno full-time con modalità di lavoro full-remote.

Cosa chiediamo

Siamo alla ricerca di un Program Manager da inserire in un importante programma internazionale di Cybersecurity. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile del coordinamento e della gestione di diversi team impegnati in più progetti all’interno del programma, garantendo il successo e l’efficienza complessiva.
La risorsa dovrà essere in gradi di:

  • Gestire più progetti simultanei all’interno del programma
  • Coordinare e integrare i progetti e i domini coinvolti, assicurando una visione end-to-end
  • Standardizzare roadmap, processi, tempistiche e dipendenze, offrendo una visione olistica e strutturata
  • Facilitare la governance del programma, assicurando che tutti i progetti seguano procedure standard e un linguaggio comune
  • Creare meccanismi per identificare e mitigare i rischi in modo sostenibile e scalabile
  • Sviluppare e semplificare le attuali procedure di lavoro, migliorando la struttura del team e il tracciamento della documentazione
  • Comunicare lo stato del programma, facilitare il processo decisionale e risolvere le escalation
  • Preparare e condurre le riunioni di Steering
  • Lavorare a stretto contatto con il senior management per stabilire e raggiungere obiettivi strategici
  • Monitorare i progressi del progetto, identificando rischi e sviluppando strategie di mitigazione
  • Controllare la qualità dei report al momento della consegna attraverso un sistema standardizzato
  • Comunicare i dati del programma in modo chiaro e conciso, semplificando concetti tecnici complessi
  • Mantenere e migliorare la knowledge base generale, strutturando in modo standard la raccolta dei dati
  • Promuovere la collaborazione tra team e stakeholder, facilitando la condivisione di best practices
