About the Role:

We are partnering with an elite general contractor based in New York City to find a talented and experienced Project Manager to work on Luxury Residential Interiors. This is a rare opportunity to work on high-end, bespoke single-family residential projects, collaborating with top-tier designers, architects, and contractors to bring world-class homes to life.


As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design projects for luxury residences, ensuring that every detail exceeds client expectations. This role requires a unique blend of project management expertise, design sensibility, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in an exclusive, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-end, single-family residential interior design projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of the project align with client specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Manage project schedules, track milestones, and resolve issues promptly to maintain progress.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking all expenses and ensuring the project remains within financial parameters.
  • Oversee site visits and inspections, ensuring design integrity and quality control.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, scope of work, and procurement of materials.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on luxury residential interiors (single-family homes, high-end apartments, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Extensive knowledge of the design, construction, and interior architecture process, with the ability to navigate challenges and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience working with diverse teams of designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Tangible experience with single family luxury residential projects and an understanding of current trends in high-end interiors.


Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience working with luxury residential interiors with a general contractor.
  • Familiarity with NYC building codes and regulations.
