Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Tableau to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of building basic Tableau dashboards. This role is suited for someone with a solid foundation in data analysis who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow their expertise in data visualization and business intelligence.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis with a focus on Tableau.
  • Proven ability to create interactive and visually appealing Tableau dashboards independently.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, cleansing, and analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions using Tableau for various business units, starting from day one.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Clean, transform, and analyze datasets to extract meaningful patterns and trends.
  • Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for regular reporting needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in Tableau and data analytics.

Minimum Required Years of Experience: 

  • 1 – 2 years 


Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or Computer Science)


Security Clearance/Investigation: 

  • T-3 Investigation/Tier II 

 

Preferred Skillset: 

  • Tableau Desktop and Server certification
  • Experience with other data visualization tools. 
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling. 
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
