Key Responsibilities:
- Act in a lead and/or supporting role on strategic projects of various sizes utilizing agile methodologies.
- Lead development of Power Platform applications (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Solve complex data problems and silos with efficient, scalable, secure, and reliable software utilizing Power Platform, Salesforce, Java, Python, C++, JSON.
- Establish specifications for new projects by developing project goals, phases, and budgets.
- Plan, design, develop, and test, interfaces to lead users seamlessly through creating, maintaining, and archiving internal data.
- Understand user experiences with created software to assess efficiency, security, and scalability of software to enhance business performance.
- Architect and securely maintain large databases of confidential company information.
- Provide business driving data analytics to process owners to drive business decisions.
- Connect and collaborate with multiple areas to find data inefficiencies to be improved with organized databases and automatic workflows.
- Execute special projects to support various executive leaders.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Collaborate between business leadership and technology teams to define and execute against the assigned key strategic initiatives.
- Manage the strategic technology road maps specific to the assigned key strategic initiatives.
- Leverage experience in project portfolio management to facilitate and communicate a clear set of priorities and business value across all strategic initiatives, corporate projects, and technology investments.
- Plan, organize, and monitor pre-implementation deliverables and process improvement initiatives approved by Multimatic senior leadership.
Partnerships:
- Establish & oversee strategic relationships with key external partners (ex. S&P Global, Salesforce, Microsoft, and any future technologies) to help drive innovation, broaden technical capabilities, and improve efficiencies.
- Work with Business Application Systems Supervisor and internal IT group to achieve objectives.
Innovations:
- Provide thought leadership and leverage best practices to foster innovation.
- Recommend process design and development strategies to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field is required.
- 2+ years of experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model.
- 2+ years of experience with automation of tasks using Power Automate.
- Extensive experience in customizing SharePoint lists and integrating disparate systems with PowerApps.
- Experience with data security and access control in SharePoint.
- Experience with data governance, data security, and compliance regulations, manage data extraction, manipulation, transformation, and aggregation; evaluate user requests for new or modified programs and development of related business models.
- Experience with PowerBI with proficiency in data visualization and dashboard design best practices.
- Salesforce Lightning experience recommended.
- Strong ability to understand the business process and develop the technical requirements/ specifications for the use of application architecture and programmer to develop technical solutions.
- Must have strong skill/ experience coordinating and facilitating application demo sessions, obtain the feedback and get the necessary enhancements implemented.
Our work environment and physical demands:
- Up to 10% travel – local and international.
- The ability to work in an office environment.
- This may include sitting or standing for most of the day.
