Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Brand & Content Director to spearhead our content strategy and production. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with a deep understanding of content trends, audience engagement, and brand storytelling. You will oversee the development and execution of content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and designers, to produce high-quality content.
  • Oversee content planning, creation, and distribution across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and sales to ensure content supports overall business strategies and objectives.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to measure success and inform future content strategies.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and messaging, and adheres to industry best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience preferences to drive innovation in content creation.
  • Manage content budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and project goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Content Director or in a senior content management role, with a strong portfolio of successful content campaigns and projects.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative excellence.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of content professionals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
