Marketing Coordinator B2B Marketing SalesThe Marketing CoordinatorB2B Marketing is responsible for designing, writing, and deploying compelling email promotions, media kits, prospectuses, and other marketing materials with a focus on B2B Sales. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively and effectively across multiple projects. They will also be responsible for client relations and other account management duties for several key association clients. Join us in shaping the future of association management, where our values serve as the cornerstone of our success.What You Will DoWork in a multi-client, advertising agency-like atmosphereHelp develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to grow exhibit, sponsorship, and advertising revenue on behalf of our association clientsCampaigns may be in the form of email, social, webinars, or videoDesign media kits and promotional sales pieces for association clientsCompose and design promotional e-marketing messages to support sales effortsDesign ads for retargeting campaignsParticipate in client meetings and attend conferences and tradeshows on an as-needed basisMaintain and submit various reports on campaign performanceWork closely with the Sales and Account Management teams on revenue growth strategyThis Role Might Be For You IfYou are a problem solver with a high degree of energyYou have a demonstrated willingness to take on new and challenging projectsYou thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentYou possess an intense attention to detail and accuracyYou exhibit the ability to work autonomously and manage own projectsYou have the ability to communicate ideas effectivelyYou have the ability to travel up to 10%Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university2-5 years of relevant professional experienceExperience with design and creation of copy and graphics for a variety of marketing materials with a focus on B2B salesExperience designing landing pages for B2B SalesProven skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, with intermediate experience in InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorProven experience working an email marketing platform such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, or Marketing CloudA creative portfolio showcasing diverse array of creative work, including email campaigns and marketing collateralPreferred QualificationsExperience in publishing, advertising, tradeshow or similar industriesExperience with CRM systems, Salesforce a plusExperience with HTML, CSS and JavaScriptSkill and experience using Microsoft Excel and other programs within the Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) standards and best practices is a plusWhere Do You Fit?Whether you are just beginning your career or are a mid- or senior-level professional, working at Smithbucklin will offer you countless opportunities to develop transferrable skills, acquire meaningful knowledge and gain rich experiences at an accelerated pace. Our hybrid environment offers you the option of working from home two days per week. Employees will work a standard 40-hour week, with the possibility of additional hours based on project deadlines. Smithbucklin considers several factors when determining compensation, including a candidate's recent coursework, training, experience, and certifications, among other considerations.
