Training & Performance ManagerThe Training and Performance Manager will serve as the primary leader within a facility or market for training new and existing employees. They will train employees on the correct usage of our operating systems and of our internal processes while providing individual support to help employees improve their performance.Essential Job Functions:Train new staff members on the correct usage of company operating systems and processes by delivering in person training sessions and ensuring effective knowledge transferEnsure new employees are signed off as proficient in assigned system modulesAnalyze key performance indicator gaps to determine where additional training is neededRetrain current staff members on the correct usage of company operating systems and processes.Train staff members on system enhancements as new modules are rolled outCollaborate with Operations, Compliance, HR and Technology on the effectiveness of training material and make suggestions for continuous improvement.Work with Operations and Information Technology to understand best practices within the network and help to implement those processes globally.Train new and existing employees on the use of Power BI and how that relates to achieving operational KPI's and managing their daily workflowDrive training compliance through monitoring of training records and reportsOther duties as assignedThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
