Who YOU are:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of telematics systems within our organization. Telematics plays a crucial role in our operations, providing real-time data and insights that drive efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve business processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Implementation - Coordinate the deployment of telematics hardware and software across our fleet of vehicles or assets, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
  • Maintenance - Regularly monitor telematics systems to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and schedule services with our customers.
  • Data Management - Collect, analyze, and interpret telematics data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Compliance - Stay abreast of regulatory requirements related to telematics data, such as data privacy and security regulations, and ensure our systems remain compliant.
  • Training - Develop and deliver training programs for employees who will interact with telematics systems, ensuring they understand how to use the technology effectively and responsibly.
  • Continuous Improvement - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our telematics capabilities, streamline processes, and maximize the value of our investment in telematics technology.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, sales, and IT, to align telematics initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience working with telematics systems a plus, preferably in a fleet management or logistics environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms, such as telematics software, GPS tracking systems, and data analysis.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
