Responsibilities:

  • Work with a diverse group of students, tailoring services to meet their specific needs and developmental stages.
  • Evaluate and assist students in speech, articulation, fluency, and language development using a holistic approach to enhance their communication skills.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to implement interventions that support student progress.
  • Conduct assessments and provide detailed reports focusing on improving voice, speech, and fluency.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans considering each student's unique needs and family background.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering valuable insights to support students' communication goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and security of information.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
  • Active CA Speech Language Pathology Therapy (SLP) license.
  • Previous experience in clinical or educational settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
