Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Soliant is partnering with a school district in Millbrae, CA, and seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.

This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with K-12 students in a supportive educational environment. You will play a crucial role in assessing and treating speech and language disorders, collaborating with educators and parents, and contributing to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
  • California Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
  • Experience in school settings is advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
