Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Millbrae, CA, to hire multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) for the upcoming school year. We are seeking dedicated professionals with at least 2 years of schools experience to provide speech and language therapy services to students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and therapeutic needs
  • Utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices as necessary; experience with AAC devices highly desirable
  • Monitor and document students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide guidance and training to parents and caregivers on strategies to enhance students' communication skills
  • Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Valid California state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SLP in a school setting
  • Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices highly desirable
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
