Solomon Page has partnered with a well known, international retail brand seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This role will go for 6 months and is located in Dallas, TX. The perfect candidate will have SAP and/or Salesforce experience along with a high attention for detail. This position will be on site in the Dallas office.


  • Pay Range: $18/hr - $20/hr (based on experience)


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers in a professional demeanor
  • Ability to find solutions to problems
  • Manage the CSR inbox in a timely manner
  • Answer inquiries to clients and customers


Required Qualifications:


  • High attention to detail
  • Professional and concise communication skills
  • At least 2 years in customer service experience
