The STG Product Marketing team is looking for an innovative business builder to drive our digital initiative for our Diamondx ATE platform. You will drive engagement with customers developing next generation digital devices across a wide range of complexities in existing and growing markets. You will work with customers to identify opportunities for growth across all segments of complex digital devices (MCU, GPU, MPU, AI) and collaborate with sales to drive near term growth and long-term solution co-development strategies. You will be a founding member of the digital instrument initiative developing the next generation of ATE-disrupting world-class instrumentation and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Member of product development teams working closely with engineering and advocating for existing and future customers.
  • Participate in key design-ins acting as relationship coach and ensuring sales success.
  • Provide expert business development guidance and direction to sales in order close.
  • Develop and deliver presentations with clear and effective messaging.
  • Continually develop knowledge of semiconductor test requirements and trends.
  • Develop strong relationships with worldwide account teams and key customers.
  • Develop knowledge and expertise on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) - specifically the Diamondx platform.

Basic Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals (digital logic, high speed communication, signal processing, power delivery).
  • Competence with general software programming (preferred C/C++) and common algorithms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and individually – planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills – a commitment to teamwork and “can-do” spirit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to develop and deliver clear and effective presentations on complex topics.
  • Can work under pressure with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Knowledge about semiconductor device design, manufacturing, and testing
  • Past experience working with, or developing, digital instrumentation for semiconductor test.
  • Familiarity with AI vs. general purpose processor architecture and their respective test methodologies.

Education

  • Bachelor or higher degree in EE or related fields.
  • MBA, or the desire to attain one, is required.
  • Experience > 12 years in a related technical field.
