GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:



  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chief Financial Officer and other senior staff in the CFO team, ensuring their schedules are organized, communications are managed, and tasks are efficiently handled.
  • Coordinate CFO projects and initiatives, helping maintain organization and communication, allowing prioritization, and facilitating decision-making, contributing to the overall success of the CFO function.




YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:



  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer in daily tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling general administrative tasks.
  • Manage business travel arrangements for the CFO and prepare Travel & Expense reports.
  • Provide general support to the CFO team: organize annual calendar, plan meetings, assist in preparation work needed, take minutes, and organize CFO Townhalls.
  • Plan and coordinate CFO conferences and events: manage logistics, agenda, and invitations.
  • Assist with RH/people-related topics: maintain CFO distribution list and organizational chart, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, support hiring processes including the plan of interviews, interaction with recruiting agencies, and update of candidates' tracker.
  • Manage CFO projects, including monitoring the overall project, follow-up, communication, and timeline accomplishment.
  • Provide coordination for M&A projects: organize meetings, collect signatures via DocuSign, and store/manage all project-specific NDAs and contracts with consultants.
  • Act as the key user for the Accounts Payable process, a central point of contact for all vendor setup and invoice payment for the CFO function: responsible for the full D365 process of vendor setup, Purchase Requisition creation, and invoice process management.
  • Responsible for contract management for the CFO function, ensuring all contracts are registered into the CLM tool, and actively monitoring their expiration/renewal.
  • Act as the focal point for external stakeholders and provide support to visitors.
  • Maintain CFO Teams channels and follow up on agreed open tasks.

Main requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 5 + years’ of relevant experience in management support and project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent English.
