This Analyst role is a member of the Fidelity Wealth finance team that supports Fidelity Wealth s Distribution organization, delivering impactful, insightful, and actionable financial analysis to our business partners to guide effective decision-making. The Expertise We re Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling, planning and analysis, budgeting / MYP
  • Comfort with data, databases, financials, and having a strong bias for ensuring high data quality
  • Ability to combine a strategic business perspective with project management and analytical skills with solid business and financial acumen
  • Strategic problem-solving skills; prioritizing work, breaking down issues, taking an end-to-end view, and proposing alternative solutions
