We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisory Financial Management Analyst to join our team at the Internal Revenue Service. As a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our organization, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial management of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Supervise a team of financial analysts and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proven track record of success in supervising a team of financial analysts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
