Demand Generation Manager

Robert Half is working with a client looking to bring on a demand generation manager. This role involves examining and deciphering data from various sources such as Google Analytics, Ads, and Property Management systems to pinpoint trends and revenue-boosting opportunities. The position requires regular oversight of online channels.
The role also entails strategizing with the VP of Marketing and our agency partner to enhance channel efficiency, focusing on metrics like ad spend ROI, guest lifetime value, and conversion rates. Responsibilities include orchestrating promotional campaigns across different mediums including property, web, social media, email, and text messaging. Part of the role is to curate monthly blog and social media content schedules,and collaborate with both in-house and external teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. The role also extends to managing PR content and reputation channels to elevate brand visibility and providing support in training calls for call centers and field teams.
Essential Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education:
- A Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Marketing/Advertising.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with hospitality industry experience being beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, understanding, and writing in English.
- Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with a positive demeanor, self-motivation, and a competitive spirit passionate about the hospitality industry.
- Advanced communication, presentation, organizational, time management, and listening skills.
- A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, capable of multitasking and prioritizing daily tasks efficiently.
Technical Skills:
- Certification in Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Ads.
- Experience with Moz, WordPress, Blueshift or similar email automation platforms, and reputation monitoring tools.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
