We are currently looking for a talented, client-focused, and dedicated paralegal to join our team. This paralegal should be capable of working on a case from intake, into litigation, trial, and settlement.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing attorneys and staff.
  • Assist with all aspects of litigation including case workup, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Assist with all aspects of pre-litigation, including accident report and medical record gathering, demand drafting, and lien resolution, among other things.
  • Maintain and manage case load with little guidance.
  • Work on complex assignments which require advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Current knowledge of Microsoft Word suite and Adobe PDF documents.
  • Experience with practice management software is beneficial.
  • A paralegal Certificate is beneficial, but not necessary if sufficient experience in the position.
