JOB DESCRIPTION

At NWO.ai we are scaling fast and searching for a Business Development Representative as we expand our business. You will be key part of the Sales team and will ensure the successful execution of our GTM strategy by developing new relationships with enterprise customers. You will be responsible for sourcing high quality companies by leveraging data and research to support the top of funnel sales efforts of the sales team. This individual will have a large impact on establishing core processes of our top of funnel sales engine, getting to join the company on the ground floor with the ability to grow their career into more senior sales role on the team within 12-18 months of time.


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Research new markets, build a pipeline of potential leads and nurture relationships using Hubspot, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Identify the best points of contacts within our focus industries and companies
  • Create thoughtful, strategic outbound content to target potential customers, categories, and channels, while continuously testing & learning to optimize these workflows over time
  • Prospect, qualify, and distribute outbound/inbound leads to create sales-ready opportunities for Account Executives on your team
  • Stay current on industry trends and news in our key industries
  • Meet and exceed daily/monthly/quarterly targets, incl. Activity (calls, emails, new accounts) and performed meetings


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of BDR SaaS Sales experience is a must
  • 1+ year of experience with a CRM (Hubspot or Salesforce preferred)
  • Knowledge of SaaS Tech Stack e.g. ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.
  • Ideally tested and worked with AI to create better working output and used different tools to get meetings
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic working environments
  • Tenacious and goal-oriented - a plus if you have proven experience in successfully being held accountable to a goal-set sales environment, business development, or account management
  • Team player, with a strong drive to be part of an ambitious team
  • Superb verbal and written English skills, any other languages are a plus
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset, exceptional time management skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong research and prospecting abilities, with the ability to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a hunger for success and a strong work ethic.
  • Cold calling experience preferred
