Business Analyst (Salesforce Implementation)

Location: Decatur, GA (Hybrid: 3 days in the office per week)

Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months, with the potential to hire


Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce implementation for a greenfield project. This role requires a generalist who can translate business requirements into standardized processes, particularly within sales operations.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Salesforce greenfield implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Conduct interviews with sales teams to understand and document current sales processes.

- Map existing sales processes to standardized Salesforce processes.

- Provide expertise in Salesforce functionalities such as lead management, opportunity management, quoting, and the lead-to-cash process.

- Develop and ask targeted questions to gather comprehensive requirements from stakeholders.

- Guide and mentor team members on best practices in Salesforce implementation and sales process mapping.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Salesforce solutions.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Salesforce implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and terminologies (lead, opportunity, quoting, lead-to-cash).

- Ability to ask insightful questions to elicit detailed business requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interviewing stakeholders and gathering information.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to map complex sales processes to standardized Salesforce solutions.


The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50-65/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
