Job Description:

Position Overview:

This role involves greeting clients, assessing their needs, and directing them to appropriate resources. Key duties include supporting clients with the application process, managing incoming calls, routing messages, and handling mail and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and assess the purpose of their visit
  • Refer clients to DES and community resources as needed
  • Assist clients with application preparation and registration, checking for prior client history in AZCCATS
  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate staff
  • Photocopy documents for eligibility processing and direct clients to assigned case managers
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail following office procedures

Qualification:
  • High School diploma
  • Skills Required: Computer proficiency, strong customer service, and critical thinking
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role
