Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skin Care in Northborough, MA. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, facilitating communication, and offering general executive assistance on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
  • Experience with Expense Reports
  • Strong communication and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Previous experience in a medical office is preferred
