Job Duties

  • Coordinates and facilitates new hire orientation and onboarding including technical training on company softwares
  • Stays updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences
  • Identifies training needs across the organization through surveys, interviews, and performance data for each level of employees
  • Conducts internal and external research on the latest talent development trends and provides recommendations based on research and analysis
  • Designs and implements comprehensive training programs
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Develops and implements goal-setting processes for employees across various departments
  • Manages the performance evaluation cycle, ensuring timely and accurate assessments
  • Creates and maintains up-to-date job descriptions to accurately reflect the duties and qualifications required for each position
  • Conducts job analysis to define the responsibilities, requirements, and expectations of various roles within the company
  • Participate in various team projects and initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Work Hours

  • 8 AM – 5 PM
