You'll oversee a multifamily portfolio of 240 units across four properties in North Versailles, Edgewood, Wilmerding, and East McKeesport, providing the steady leadership needed to support residents and the Birgo team that serves them. These communities require a patient, thoughtful manager who can keep projects moving while maintaining strong relationships on the ground.This role is ideal for someone with proven experience managing complex renovations and property improvements, along with a sincere commitment to doing work that matters. You'll guide and develop on-site teams, elevate the resident experience, and ensure the portfolio's financial performance remains strong.
