Then you may be our perfect heroAs a valued SERVPRO Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate with opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesComplete internal job file quality reviewsPrepare estimates and billing invoicesCoordinate crew and job schedulingPerform basic accounting functions such as A/P, A/R, bookkeeping and payrollAssist in employment recruiting activitiesOffice administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondencePerform detailed and accurate data entryAssist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experienceExperience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling a plusExperience in service industry environment a plusPossess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD/GEDAble to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required8 a.m. and 5 p.m.Competitive pay based on experienceSERVPRO of Ogden is an EOE M/F/D/V employer
