Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift - overnight) in Arlington for a electronics manufacturing client.


This is a direct-hire role. 10pm-6:30am.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
  • Prepare schedules
  • Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
  • Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
  • Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
  • Implement continuous improvement action plans
  • Always maintain a clean environment


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
