T47 International is seeking a Program Supervisor to manage mailroom and warehouse support services in Northern Virginia. The work hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with a thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch period and two (2) paid 15-minute breaks. Lunch and breaks are taken between the hours of 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 pm.

Qualifications:

- Top Secret Clearance
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Able to read, write and speak English fluently, and be fully trained in the requirements of this contract.
- Minimum of ten years prior experience in supervising similar moving, mailing services, Logistic Management, and warehouse operations.
- Full knowledge of moving, mail management, duplicating and printing, and warehousing/logistics procedures, such as, organizing employees to perform various duties, and accomplished critical requirements with short turn-around times.
- Minimum of two years specialized experience using the Windows XP environment and word processing software such as, MSWord, Excel, etc.
- Minimum of five years specialized experience using an automated inventory warehouse system.
- Must be physically able to perform the assigned work which includes lifting boxes weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds.

**Salary**: 85K - 95K Annually

**Required Skills**:

- Communication: Required to write and speak clearly and concisely with employees and customers on a regular basis.
- Leadership: Required to hire employees and resolve conflicts, as well as keep employees motivated and on-task.
- Critical-Thinking: Required to devise plans on action and asses those plans regularly.
- Organizational: Required to meet deadlines, time management, planning/scheduling, and coordinating resources to meet the needs of the contact.
- Problem-Solving: Required to be ready when problems arise, or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen.

Major Duties:

- Required to work at both the Lincoln Place and Springfield Warehouse.
- Maintains direct supervisory authority over all contractor personnel working in this contract.
- Has personnel management authority including all aspects of employee discipline and termination.
- Responsible for all program administrative functions under this contract, including but not limited to tracking manhours, quality of work, and handling issues or problems.
- Has full knowledge of contract performance requirements and procedures such as organizing employees to perform various duties, and handling of equipment to prevent equipment or facility damage.
- Monitors the employee working arrangements to ensure that for every two inexperienced employees, one experienced and highly qualified employee is present at each work assignment.
- Required to operate Government owned vehicles when required or as a back-up to any vehicle operator position, as the Courier/Drive

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
