Prepare and present project reports, including progress, risks, and resource utilization.
Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning/Grooming, Sprint Reviews.
Ensure the teams definition of "DONE" & definition of "READY" is well defined on the story, sprint, and release levels
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure that microservices meet quality standards through rigorous testing, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps engineers, and QA specialists.
Oversee the Design and implementation of microservices, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines and best practices.
Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the team.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with microservices development and deployment.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure that microservices meet quality standards through rigorous testing, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies and address any issues identified during testing.
Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for process improvement.
Implement best practices and new methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of microservices projects.
Skills/Tools:
APIs, Java, Microservices,AWS,Jenkins, Core Java, J2EE , Hibernate , DB2 , Struts , Eclipse ,WebSphere,Confluence,Jira , Microsoft Project Plan,Smartsheet , Apigee, APIM.
Knowledge of API design, service orchestration, and distributed systems.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in microservices (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
ORACLE, MYSQL, MongoDB and Maria D
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge on SAFe, Agile SCRUM Framework, KANBAN, ScrumXP, Waterfall.
MS Project 2013, Rational Rose, UML, MS Visio
Knowledge on Rally, Confluence, SAFe, Web Services, MS Project, MS Visio, SQL
Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
