About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Managing Broker for our growing Luxury Real Estate Brokerage. This key position requires strong leadership skills, an ability to advise our Agents through complex transactions, a desire to mentor, and to help customize business development strategies for individual agents and teams. This position is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in support of our area’s most productive real estate agents and the growth of a strong luxury brand. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Staff: Run meetings, provide accountability and a commitment to excellence for all staff members, manage work schedules for employees, organize front desk coverage at two premium office locations. 
  •  Manage Agents: Consult with agents and advise on Best Practices, organize monthly sales meetings, approve listing agreements and amendments, provide advice for complex deals and/or customer issues, ensure agent adoption of key systems and company assets.   
  • Oversee licensure requirements and maintenance. 
  • Maintain Company Policies: Provide insights for ongoing improvement of company policies and standards.
  • Recruitment: Aid the primary recruiter in identifying and acquiring talented sales representatives. Already established relationships in the Agent community will be a plus.


Experience:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. 
  • Direct experience as a Managing Broker is a strong preference but may not be required for the right candidate.
  • Must have direct experience in the Naples Real Estate Market.
  • Must have an active Brokers License in the State of Florida.
  • Must have strong leadership ability and experience managing.
