Job Summary:

A Project Manager plays a crucial role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its lifecycle.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, including scope, goals, budget, timeline, and resources.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
  • Monitor and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders, team members, and management.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and inspections.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Prepare and submit budget proposals and recommendations for project funding.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare comprehensive project progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
  • Participate in lessons learned sessions to improve project management practices and outcomes.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or project management. A relevant certification (e.g., PMP) may be preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project management or related field.
  • Experience with project management tools and software is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
