Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Auto Sales Representative at Tom Hodges Mitsubishi in Hollywood, MD. The Auto Sales Representative will be responsible for sales consulting, ensuring high customer satisfaction, promoting customer retention, and delivering exceptional customer service. Up to 30% Commission Experience in auto sales preferred, but willing to train an individual that has proven excellent sales performance in a different industry but is feeling stuck or stagnant at a current role.


Qualifications

  • Must have experience in sales consulting and customer service
  • Strong customer satisfaction and customer retention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Driven and motivated to achieve and surpass sales targets
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
