Today at Paradigm we are focused on utilizing our skills to develop innovative value-generating solutions for the broader energy industry, with a clear goal to minimize both cost and carbon impact.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate and promote Paradigm Fire Services Dry-Flo® Technology at site, which includes commissioning, testing, operation, verification and remediation of fire protection systems and devices.
  • Perform troubleshooting and remediation services assisted with Dry-Flo®Technology, which includes inspection, and repairs and remediation of fire protection systems (piping, nozzles, etc.) at client locations.
  • Use P&IDs,Isometrics and other fire design data of systems for operation readiness, including but not limited to layout, equipment sizing, etc.
  • Further progress the technologies through feedback to the engineering or R&D teams.
  • Review and follow procedures and work documents.
  • Communicate with customers to understand system deficiencies and be able to make recommendations for repair.
  • Document inspections, repairs and deficiencies, processing Site Service Reports.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting services, inspection, and repairs.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and remain in compliance with QHSE standards.
  • Work independently, or part of a small crew, reporting to a Line Manager, who will also guide you.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years hands on experience in fire protection system remediation and installation preferred.
  • Strong technical background supplemented with practical knowledge.
  • Electrical and mechanical background highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of fluids mechanics / hydraulic flow highly desirable.
  • Willing to learn new technologies, digital operation in a growing environment.
  • Willing to be part of a dynamic team and learn new skills associated with performing the services.
  • Willing to travel and work internationally to onshore / offshore oil and gas installations as well as other sectors such as industrial , Pharmaceutical, construction, flight industry, etc.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while in a physically demanding environment.
  • Hold a diploma in a technical field (Mechanical / Electrical / Maintenance / Similar).
  • If you don’t have the required diploma, but you do have the necessary experience/knowledge, you may also be eligible for this position .
  • Customer-oriented and communicative.
  • Fluent in English , additional languages would be beneficial
