Sales Executive

Our client, a leader in the waste management space, is searching for a motivated Sales Executive to join their territory in CT/NY. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and stable business with great culture


This role will require 2 days onsite in Stamford, CT- with the remaining days spent in the field meeting with customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain current customers through in-person meetings and excellent customer service
  • Hunt for new business, visiting businesses in-person & capitalizing on leads
  • Work to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Proactively plan sales strategy and target account touchpoints


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an outside sales role
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to be out in the field meeting customers in person
  • Strong follow up skills and organization
  • Experience in waste sales is preferred, but not required
