We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Dental Office Manager to join our team, embrace our core values and play a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of our practice.

Position Overview: As a Dental Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our dental office. You will play a vital role in ensuring a positive “WOW” patient experience, managing & inspiring office staff, and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Leadership:

· Supervise and lead office staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

· Oversee daily office operations, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing processes.

· Clearly communicate with back staff to ensure back to front collaboration.

· Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Patient Experience:

· Ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients.

· Handle patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain excellent patient relations.

· Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize appointment scheduling and manage patient flow.

Financial Management:

· Manage billing and insurance processes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

· Monitor accounts receivable and implement strategies to maintain our collections at 99+%.

· Collaborate with the team leaders to develop and adhere to the office budget.

· Present financing options to patients with high dollar treatment plans.

Team Development:

· Recruit, train, and supervise office staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

· Organize office playbooks and systems to ensure consistent and efficient operations.

· Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and promote teamwork.

· Provide ongoing training to ensure staff members are well-equipped to perform their duties.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a genuine and contagious enthusiasm for the success and well-being of others.
  • Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of dental office procedures, billing, and insurance processes.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent grasp of the English language.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team management skills.
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.

Education and Certification:

· Dental office management certification is a plus.

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
