Investor Relations Associate

 

Position Summary:

Stonehenge Capital seeks a business professional to join its Tax Credit Services team. The successful candidate will provide support to the Investor Relations (“IR”) team in our Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. 


Responsibilities Include:

Supporting the IR Directors through assisting in day-to-day client communications – primarily CPA firms & individuals but also to include corporate and institutional investors


Manage tax credit closing process and related spreadsheets, client deliverables and related client communication (LA & GA markets)


Provide closing support on other state tax credit transactions through preparation of closing packages, collection of signature pages, preparation of invoices and working with Accounting team to track payment receipts


Support Investor Relations Directors in maintaining relationships, gathering market intel, identifying prospects, tracking investor preferences, and day to day client service issues


Work with IR team to provide seamless and superior service to clients


Support on general ad-hoc requests from IR Managers on state and federal tax credit transactions, presentations, client relationship management, etc.


Desired Experience and Skills:

A college degree is required, with preference skill sets in Business


1+ years of business, paralegal or communications work experience is preferred


Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe is required.


Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time.


A strong work ethic and self-starter mentality.


Communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 


Dependability: Reliable, responsible, dedicated, committed, and fulfills obligations.


The highest degree of ethics and integrity and a “team player” mentality.


Baton Rouge based professional required.


Willingness to participate in limited travel.
