Job DescriptionJob Description

Baton Rouge Water Company, an investor owned utility and a leader in the water utility industry, serving over 180,000 customers in Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Prepare dimensional drawings and installation drawings;

  • Revise and update existing drawings to reflecting design changes;

  • Review blueprints, plans, specifications and other customer documentation

Minimum qualifications for the AutoCAD Drafter position:

  • Associates or Technical Degree in AutoCAD. Equivalent work experience & education will be considered;

  • Two years of experience in AutoCAD.

  • Strong ability to visually communicate and high attention to detail.
