Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our premium Kitchen and Vanity Cabinets and Countertops. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales management and a deep understanding of the home improvement industry, with a major focus on cabinets and countertops products. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies with a particular emphasis on cabinet products, aiming to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Leverage extensive experience in cabinet products sales to guide the team in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Manage the sales process, including post-sale follow-up, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify growth possibilities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insightful analysis to the executive team.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs for the sales team.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Represent Kcabinetry at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years of successful sales management experience in the home improvement industry, with a strong focus on cabinet products.
  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products, particularly cabinets and countertops, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Strong leadership skills, demonstrated ability to guide a sales team, and achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
