Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Attorney at Boston Technology Law, PLLC. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for assisting with legal research, drafting and negotiating legal documents, and supporting attorneys in corporate, intellectual property and commercial agreement matters. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a diverse team.
All levels of experience will be considered. Prior in-house experience (whether in a legal or other capacity) is advantageous. Senior associates may be located anywhere within the United States. Associates with less than three years of experience must be in the greater Boston area so that some in-person mentoring is possible.
Salary commensurate with experience. (expected range $120 – $160k). More senior attorneys with in house experience and existing clients (and/or a willingness to be paid based on collections to start) are also invited to apply.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar
- Good common sense and business acumen
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in technology law or related fields is a plus
- Knowledge of intellectual property law is a plus
