We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and expanding legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a deep understanding of the legal process. The team is committed to professional service, excellence and integrity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in one of the following areas business law, personal injury, family law, criminal law, bankruptcy, real estate, employment litigation, government legal services, workers compensation or estate planning.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
  • Provide counsel to clients on legal matters and guide them through the litigation process.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications: 

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in the state with 2-4+ years of experience in one of the following areas business law, personal injury, family law, criminal law, bankruptcy, real estate, employment litigation, government legal services, workers compensation or estate planning.
  • Experience in multiple areas preferred.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional research and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Client-focused approach to legal practice.
