Help Desk Specialist

Helpdesk Specialist- Tier 2
- Onsite in Boston, Contract- Potential for extension and/or conversion
- 1-3 years in Help Desk environment OR Computer Science/related degree & excellent customer/end-user service skills required
- Preferred Technology: VMware, Linux, Windows and AWS shop. They are on Windows 10
Must Haves:
- 1-3+ years of experience of end-user support experience or recent college graduate in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with Windows 10 (prefers some MAC experience if possible)
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience creating workstation images
- Some AD (basic level changing passwords)
- Experience deploying Windows patches and security fixes.
- Some AV experience (support conference rooms)
- Associate degree or its equivalent is required
- Strong customer service skills, and communication, verbal and written
