Create an account through the link on the 'Sign In' pop-up window, and apply today The Rental Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing sales of machinery and heavy equipment rentals to customers at the Mustang Cat's Houston, Texas, location. Inside Sales Responsibilities Include: Primary customer contact at branch in Houston, Texas Assist customers (over the phone and walk-ins) to determine appropriate rental equipment needs Assist Outside Sales Representatives to complete rental orders Dispatch haul trucks Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders Inside Sales Position Requirements: College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Ability to Commute to Houston, Texas Inside Sales Strongly Preferred Experience: Bilingual English/Spanish Knowledge of CAT equipment Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
