About our Company:

We are a construction supply company, founded in the late 70’s. We have one simple goal: to provide the best possible service to our customers. Located in Northwest Houston, we supply the construction industry with a large variety of items including hand tools, water-stops, and the full range of concrete repair products. We are currently seeking an experienced inside sales representative for the Houston market area.

Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will also be responsible for supporting our outside sales team in the sales process. A successful inside sales rep should be able to build instant rapport, be a good listener and be able to achieve customer satisfaction. This position requires strong customer service and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Taking and filling phone and front counter orders

Assisting outside sales reps with pricing and orders

Creating and processing purchase orders

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 year's experience in the construction industry

Minimum 2 year's experience of construction material sales

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong listening and sales skills

Possess the ability to multi-task

Knowledge and/or experience with windows-based programs

Detail oriented

Knowledge of competitive pricing and maintaining margins

Communication skills in Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: From $17.50 per hour
