The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all sales and marketing strategies. This candidate will be knowledgeable about the market and our competitive advantages in order to best recommend new sales strategies for success.
Responsibilities
•After onboarding and training, they will be expected to maintain a full schedule of sales calls and training classes
- Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships
- This position will cover All states and will spend several nights on the road each month with most weekends at home.
- Coordinating travel and managing time will be one of the major responsibilities of this position
- Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
- The primary goals are increasing market share, supporting existing distribution, and bringing on new dealers.
- Education is a big role in our sales process by partnering with Contracted territory reps, wholesale territory managers, joining them on sales calls to their customers, and conducting training classes with them.
- Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings
Qualifications
•Heating and Cooling industry experience is REQUIRED
•You must already have HVAC knowledge and contacts from the industry
•Must be willing to travel domestically Monday - Friday but will be home MOST weekends
•Should be knowledgeable and proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Must be proficient in time and travel management
•Should possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills
•Should possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills
•HVAC Industry: 2 year (Required)
