Job Description:

As a Property Manager at Royale Management Services, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential communities. You will work closely with homeowners, boards of directors, vendors, and staff to ensure that all aspects of community management are handled efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of assigned communities, including HOA, cooperative, and condominium properties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and board members, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, as well as community-specific rules and guidelines.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and board meeting materials.
  • Conduct weekly property inspections to maintain community standards and identify potential issues.
  • Attend and facilitate board meetings, providing guidance and recommendations as needed.
  • Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a high standard of community living.


Qualifications:

  • Active LCAM (Licensed Community Association Manager) license required.
  • 3 years of proven experience in portfolio property management, particularly with HOA, cooperative, and condominium communities.
  • Strong understanding of Florida property management laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple communities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in property management software, Google Applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings for board meetings as necessary.
