Responsibilities:


  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure effective execution of the project plan, tracking progress, and managing any changes or risks that may arise.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional project team, consisting of business analysts, developers, operations personnel, and other stakeholders. Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

  3. Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies. Manage expectations, provide regular project updates, and address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders.

  4. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather and analyze requirements for the investment account onboarding and process. Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and that the project aligns with the organization's strategic goals.

  5. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project's success. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these risks and issues. Proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure that the investment account onboarding and process is efficient, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations.

  7. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately. Track project expenses and provide regular financial reports to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on investment account onboarding and process.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
