Job Title - Operations Lead

Job Locations - Waltham, MA (Onsite)

Job type – Fulltime permanent


Roles and Responsibilities

Work with the team to assist with resolving the daily operational issues primarily related to Waltham site and for Global sites as on when required.

Responsible for handling the escalations from various IT Application owners and assisting the team members with troubleshooting the issues and drive to resolution.

Work with team for completing the new system builds. Gather the requirements from requestor (system owner) to update the build sheet and perform post build review/release the system.

Work with team to schedule/perform regular OS/firmware upgrades on the Waltham systems and on ad hoc basis to resolve any identified Vulnerabilities.

Regularly sync with the system owners for setting up/updating the patching cadence for Waltham/AWS systems, this includes working with System owners for identifying suitable downtime windows/ handling communications throughout the patching process.

Working with Snow team for CI updates/modifications as required.

Assisting with various ongoing project tasks as on when required.

Work with Team Leads for preparing Bi-weekly and Monthly operations review presentations.

Work with team for RCA preparations for Problem tickets primarily related to Waltham/AWS and for Global sites as on when required.

Working with Team Leads/Support Vendors for consolidating the support details and assisting with support contract renewals for systems.

Working on fulfilling the requests from Infra Architecture team as on when required.

Completing the Privileged and confidential Legal team requests.

Hosting Waltham CCB meetings
