  • Provide leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives that improve cost-effectiveness, service quality, and business development in a constantly evolving marketplace.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in technology.
  • Experience in building and leading diverse technology teams.
  • Sports industry experience is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design, and development.
  • Hands-on experience with complex project management.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
