Responsibilities:

1.Lead online and offline marketing activities for Bluetti's home energy storage products, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing marketing team to manage social media, PR, KOL collaborations, and TikTok operations.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

2.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

3.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry associations.

4.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing, constantly seeking ways to enhance Bluetti's marketing efforts.

5.Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

6.Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize results.

7.Represent Bluetti at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership.


Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

2.Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the consumer electronics or renewable energy industry.

3.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and influencer marketing.

4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

5.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing effective marketing strategies.

6.Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.

7.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
